BoxTops (Premiums)

btfe-logoHave you been collecting and trimming your Box Tops?  The Mars PTO collects Box Tops to raise money for the schools.  We hold a contest for three weeks in the fall to encourage students to bring in the Box Tops that they have collected at home.  The class in each grade that collects the most Box Tops will win a prize. Every penny goes to the elementary principals to spend at their discretion.

Contest dates for 2016-2017: September 19-October 14!

Box Tops Volunteers: Location change!!!

All cutting and sorting will be done in the board room in the admin building! No clearances required. Children welcome.

Volunteer days: Fridays – September 23, 30, October 14, 2016, 9:30am-3pm
Not only do we collect the Box Tops, we also need to cut them neatly, sort into groups of 50, separate out bonus coupons, count each classroom’s weekly contribution, and assemble them appropriately to be returned to the funding organization.  Please join us in the admin building board room with your favorite scissors! Young children are welcome. Snacks will be provided.

Please contact Michele Krafjack for more information:

logoProject A+ Raises Funds for Classrooms

We are taking part in a national fund-raising program sponsored by Tyson Foods, Inc. It is called Tyson Project A+. As a participating Project A+ school, we can raise money for books, computers, improvements, etc. All we have to do is clip and save Project A+ redemption labels from Tyson products that feature the Project A+ logo. For a more detail list of labels, you can visit the website at Please help us out – and ask your friends, neighbors and relatives to help as well. Please clip and save Tyson Project A+ redemption labels from various Tyson products. There is a collection site located near the entrance of the school building where you can drop off your Tyson Project A+ labels. Please remember to cut out the ENTIRE label as shown.
