Centennial Talent Show

Each year, the Centennial School hosts a talent show for students and teachers. The PTO assists the principal in this endeavor by conducting rehearsals, preparing the stage, securing a DJ, and running the event on the appropriate day. Please encourage your child to consider participating. We welcome 5th and 6th grade singers, dancers, musicians, magicians, poets, thespians, and jugglers!

The 2018 Talent Show will be March 28, 2018 1pm-3pm!

REHEARSAL DATES (pick one):
Wednesday, Feb. 28th or Thursday, March 1st – 3:30 to 5:00 PM in the Centennial gym
*Makeup day March 2nd*

Any student wishing to participate in this year’s talent show must attend one of the scheduled rehearsals. Please bring your costume and whatever music and props you will need for your act. (A piano and gym mats will be provided.) Depending on the number of participants, you may only be able to participate in one act. Acts can be solos, duets, or small groups. Be creative, there are so many talents out there. You will have approximately 3 minutes to perform, and material should be appropriate for 5th and 6th grade. (All acts and costumes are subject to final approval.)
