Due to COVID-19 restrictions at this time, we are unable to hold this event for the 2020-2021 school year.
The PTO plans and coordinates a Holiday Shop in each elementary building. Children have an opportunity to purchase low-cost items for family and friends prior to the December holidays. Each teacher selects his/her shopping time. The PTO shares this schedule as soon as it is available. Parents and guardians are welcome to shop with their child(ren). You must be cleared as an Assistive Volunteer (yellow) to shop with your child. You must be cleared as an Independent Volunteer (green) in order to participate in the Holiday Shop as a PTO volunteer.
The PTO welcomes volunteers to help throughout the day of the holiday shop, setting up or tearing down tables and merchandise, restocking merchandise, and helping children shop. Please contact the committee head in your building for more information.
Parents are welcome to attend and shop with their children. Teacher shopping schedules will be determined in November and shared with parents. We respectfully ask that younger siblings not attend. Watch your child’s Friday folder, the PTO Facebook page, and this website page for information as it becomes available.
Parents wishing to help set up, tear down, or volunteer to work during a Holiday Shop can sign up at “SignUp.com” using the following links below. Volunteers signing up to work a shift must complete the steps to be an Independent Volunteer (green) two weeks before the shop date.
It is mandatory that you sign up to shop with your child. Volunteers coming in to shop with their child only must have completed the steps to be an Assistive Volunteer (yellow) two weeks before the shop date.
Please note siblings are not to attend.
